The fillet is the finest cut of Imperial Wagyu and impresses with its particularly fine marbling. Gently fried, it reveals a buttery texture and an intense aroma. Due to the high fat content, the roasted notes are wonderfully supported and harmoniously integrated. A pinch of salt or a hint of excellent soy sauce and the pleasure is complete.
The cattle imported exclusively for us from Japan come from the prefecture of Miyazaki and are among the absolute best in the world.
