Light truffle sauce
A very aromatic sauce made from porcini mushrooms and truffles from Italy, the so-called Bianchetto truffles. Also known as spring truffles, this variety delights with an intense aroma. Despite the reputation as the “little sister” of the noble white Alba truffle, the Bianchetto truffle is in no way inferior to it. In contrast to Alba truffles, this variety even tolerates slight heat and is therefore a wonderful accompaniment to meat and pasta, for example. Spicy accents paired with a note of mild garlic and creamy cheese – a heavenly delicious sauce that is often eaten up far too quickly.
