Our tip:
You can mix the porridge the evening before and then cover it and leave it to swell overnight at room temperature – this makes it particularly digestible the next day.
ingredients

100g porridge

300 ml whole milk (either oat milk or almond milk)
preparation
Mix the porridge with milk and a tiny pinch of salt and leave to swell until ready to serve (see tip).
Wash the fruit, cut the nectarine into bite-sized pieces and add to the porridge. Slightly heat the Manuka honey to taste, stir until creamy and pour over the porridge.
